BetTrader — Betfair Trading Software
BetTrader is the most popular Betfair betting and trading software on the market today and was the first of its kind to offer one click betting on all Betfair markets. BetTrader links directly to the Betfair servers through their API (Application Programming Interface).
BetTrader was initially developed by Adam Todd, one of Betfair’s most consistently profitable traders, in order to respond to the need for a Betfair software application designed for traders.
Years later, it is a professional, reliable piece of software that meets a very real need amongst all price sensitive Betfair users, not just traders.
The latest version, BetTrader 4.5, was released in February 2009 and we are currently working on the brand new BetTrader 5 which is due to be released in June 2009.
BetTrader Ladder Interface
BetTrader’s Ladder Interface displays prices vertically, allowing you to see prices literally move up and down. One click bet submission allows you to instantly react to market movements without needing to take your eyes from the price or use the keyboard. BetTrader’s Ladder Interface is the only Betfair API solution to display 3 ladders on the same page whilst also displaying live prices for all the other runners in the race in the left hand Ladder tab.
Any horse in the race can be moved to any ladder with just one click, making it the favoured interface amongst In Play traders as well as sports traders and pre race scalpers. Many professional traders say they could not imagine using Betfair without it.
